Autumn Equinox Day Retreat

The Autumn Equinox is a sign that Summer has come to an end and we are moving closer towards the cooler months and a New Year. It will be the second time this year that the sun sits directly over the Earth’s equator and we have equal amounts of day and night. This is a great time for self reflection, and gratitude for the blessings in our life. It is a time for transformation, and letting go of what no longer serves us
We will be coming together on Sunday 29th September 2024, 10am - 4pm at Happy River, a beautiful location in the heart of a lush green forest, nestled just outside of Wareham.

Our Autumn Equinox Retreat Day will take you to a little peace of heaven and leave you feeling relaxed and reset for Autumn and Winter. The day will be wonderfully relaxing and provide you with the opportunity for you to re-connect and spend some quality ‘you-time’.
