FOLLOWING THE SUCCESS OF 2024’S RETREAT, WE WELCOME…

MARCH 2025

Ostara Yoga & Wellbeing Retreat

SPRING INTO SPRING

Dates: Friday 15th March - Sunday 17th March 2024

Friday 14th March - Sunday 16th March 2025

Astronomically, Spring starts at the Equinox which is on Thursday 20th March 2025. Traditionally this is observed as a time of rebirth and renewal. Specifically, it marks the day when the sun sits directly over the earth’s equator as it heads northward. It gives us 12 hours of glorious daylight. That increased daylight brings more sun and warmer weather which helps lift us from gloomy moods, sleep deprivation and the winter blues. Spring is a natural boost for our mental health. It is also when nature starts to awaken. Signs of new life begin to emerge. The trees start to develop new buds and leaves and the flowers start to bloom.

Join us for a beautiful weekend where we will reawaken and revive our senses by honouring and welcoming the Spring season. Our retreat will provide you with the opportunity to relax, give you some ‘me’ time and the opportunity to soak up the new released energy within. Expect nurturing yoga, walks in nature, intention setting, beautiful fresh food and time with like minded individuals. This is a woman’s only retreat.

Location/ Accommodation: Middle Combe Farm, Devon

Set in the stunning Devon countryside, Middle Combe Farm is a 16th century rustic estate set in it’s own valley with over 400 acres of private grounds where we can literally lose ourselves. We will stay in the beautiful Farmhouse, enjoy the spacious grounds, relax in front of the real fires in the evening and jump into the hot tub during down time. Don’t forget your swimmers!

The barn has under ground heating and is where we will practice our yoga and other group activities but if the weather is dry we will also venture outside for some time in nature.

Rooms in the Farmhouse are all different. There are a couple of single occupancy rooms but most will be shared, some of those are en-suite and some have shared bathrooms.
